Payment & Refund Policy: Due to the service nature of Kale Health, no refunds are provided. By availing our services, you agree not to dispute any agreed-upon charges from Kale Health. Should you have payment or billing questions, or if credit/debit card details change, please contact Kale Health at least 48 hours before any scheduled payment. You commit to pay in full for the chosen service level, even when opting for a payment plan.
